Demolition of existing shower building; construction of new Shower building consisting of separate women's and men's toilet rooms, five (5) private showers including two (2) barrier-free showers, main corridor between showers and toilets, covered entry on two (2) sides, and two (2) mechanical rooms. Bids will be accepted under seal to the Owner for construction of a Shower Building to Woodland Park Campground, Burt Township, Grand Marais, Michigan. Owner will receive Bids at the Burt Township offices, address above, until 1:00 PM local time on the 9th day of March, at which time and place the Bids will be privately opened. Bids not received by the indicated time will not be opened. Refer to other Bidding requirements described in Section 00 21 13. Bids are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days after submission. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids.
