The Work of Contract A3-13 Spadina Station Streetcar Platform Extension under the Line 2 Capacity Enhancement Program consists the supply of labor, equipment, and materials to demolish existing barriers, reroute the 320 Bloor Street West driveway, install protective hoarding and tree preservation in Paul Martel Park, relocate utilities including hydro and fire connections, temporarily power the station with generators during cable switchover, and install new AC feeders. Major civil work includes pile drilling, caisson wall construction, excavation, platform extension, and streetcar tunnel modifications. The scope also covers structural and architectural upgrades such as terrazzo flooring, new storage space, lighting replacement, FA system upgrades, and Gateway store demolition. Restoration of affected areas, including landscaping in the park, rebuilding property access features. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
