The Ontario Place Public Realm ("OPPR") Project is to be delivered under the Construction Manager at Risk model to provide construction management services including preconstruction consultation and construction works. OPPR is a key element in rebuilding Ontario Place, making it an iconic destination once again. The vision for OPPR is to revitalize approximately 43 acres of this cherished public asset to create an environment that reflects a re-animated waterfront and makes Ontario Place a world class, all-season destination. The scope of the work includes permanent and interim public areas including restoring and enhancing the water's edge, securing continuous public access throughout the site, and enhancing long-term resilience, environmental performance, upgrading the public spaces and creating new and expanded waterfront access.
