This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit a Proposal indicating their organization's capability and resources in providing capacitor bank replacement at the George Vari Engineering and Computing Centre (ENG) Building located at 245 Church Street for the University, as further described in Appendix B - Deliverables (the "Deliverables"). A labour and material payment bond in an amount equal to not less than 50% of the Contract Price, including all applicable taxes A performance bond in an amount equal to not less than 50% of the Contract Price, including all applicable taxes.
