The MTCC is seeking to retain the Services of a qualified Vendor to install and replace Rapid Doors in varying locations around the MTCC. Site visit description: Proponents must provide a notice of intention to attend the mandatory site meeting ("Notice") by 2:00 pm local time, July 8, 2025 via e-mail only to rfp@mtccc.com. A Proponent must provide vendor name and representative's full name in the Notice. Up to two (2) representative from each Proponent will be allowed to attend the mandatory site meeting Proponents who fail to provide the Notice before 2:00 pm local time, July 8, 2025 will not be allowed to attend the mandatory site meeting.] Proponents who do not attend the scheduled mandatory site visit will be disqualified.
