Reference Number 0000297039 Question Deadline 2025/08/01 05:00:00 PM EDT Renovation of the Psychology and Biological Sciences Administrative Suites The Design and Construction Management Department at the University of Toronto Scarborough requires a general contractor for the renovation of approximately 151.64 square meters (m2) of graduate study spaces for the Office of the Vice Principal Academic & Dean on the second floor of the Academic Resource Centre building. Work included is as follows: Demolition and removal of the existing millwork used as mailboxes in office SW420A. Paint office SW420A and office SW420B. Modify the existing millwork to accommodate a new door and glazing system at the rear entrance of room SW427H. At the front entrance of the SW427H room, establish a separate entrance and close the drywall between offices. Supply, modification and installation of new and existing millwork in suite corridor for SW421K and SW427K. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
