Complete an annual visual assessment of asbestos and mould on the campus. Assessment to include reports and an inventory of each location. Updates to the inventory will be required when new reports or abatement activities occur. Perform designated substance survey reports, hazardous material sampling and oversight on abatement activities upon request Work included is as follows: Campus Wide Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM) assessments and to develop a campus wide inventory of Asbestos-Containing Materials in compliance with Ontario Regulation 278/05 "Designated Substance" Asbestos on Construction Projects and in Building and Repair Operations. Mould and Water Damage Assessment and Report for various buildings. Designated Substance and Hazardous Materials - Conduct a thorough designated substance and hazardous materials assessments for specific rooms identified for renovations. The designated substance and hazardous materials assessment only applies to specific rooms where renovations are expected to take place. Asbestos and Mould Abatement Inspections and Sampling; unit costs for consulting services of asbestos abatement inspections and testing. This includes daily site visit rates for inspections and testing, sampling unit rates, unit rate to prepare report and update the campus asbestos database and assessment report. Consulting services for asbestos bulk sampling. The Contract consists of a one-year Initial Term and four optional one-year Renewal Terms, exercised at the sole discretion of the University.
