CreateTO is is requesting a quote for qualified electrical contractor for 560 Commissioners Street. The successful contractor will provide all labour, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the electrical servicing. The scope of work will include: Supply and installation of a new 200A, 120/208V, 3-phase, 4-wire overhead hydro service, including: 1. Wood utility pole, 2. Weatherproof fused disconnect switch, 3. Hydro meter socket, 4. Outdoor-rated Panel RP-A Installation of site lighting infrastructure, including: 1. 20 ft and 30 ft pole-mounted LED fixtures (as per Drawing E-1.0), 2. Concrete pole bases, 3. Underground conduit and wiring, 4. Fixtures equipped with photocells and occupancy sensors Installation of site power outlets, including: 1. Outdoor-rated pedestals with NEMA 14-50R RV charger outlets, 2. 120V GFI weatherproof duplex outlets, 3. All associated underground conduit connections to Panel RP-A Provision of a 30 kVA, 208V-575V step-up transformer (NEMA 4, outdoor-rated), with underground distribution to support: 1. Site lighting, 2. RV and GFI outlets, 3. Electric gate systems Coordination of: 1. Utility locates; 2. Excavation, trenching, backfill, and compaction (via sub-trades); 3. Toronto Hydro connection; 4. Re-commissioning of two existing electric gates with Superior Door & Gate Systems Inc., including new feeders and disconnects All work must comply with ESA and OESC standards. A final ESA certificate is required upon completion. The Contractor shall obtain and pay for all permits, fees, licenses, and temporary encroachments, and shall give all required notices and comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations bearing on the execution of the work. The Contractor shall provide all temporary power necessary to complete the scope of work. Markup & Overhead for Extra Work or Deletions A 10% combined overhead and profit markup shall apply to self-performed work. The cost of sub-trade work shall be subject to 5% overhead and profit, plus an additional 5% markup.
