All work is at the Lower Podium (Sunken Walkway) on south and west side of the LIB Building, and the rooms beneath the walkway (Room LIB B80, B82, B86, B90, B92, B94, B96, B100C, B106) as per the drawings in File No. 1. The work area is clearly identified in the Tender Drawings (File No. 1). The Successful Proponent shall provide all the Labor, Material and Equipment necessary to complete all the work as per the following Documents contained in Appendix F - Reference Documents and Material File #1-Drawings & Specifications by Structel Consulting Inc. dated October 7th, 2025 File #2 Basement Water Leaks and Spalled Concrete Below Sunken Walkway Report by Engineering Link dated December 19, 2024, Pages 1 to 6 and 10 to 14. File #3-CCDC 2-2020 Stipulated Sum Supplementary Conditions (Under $1M) November 24, 2021 Final; File #4-TMU Contractors Manual. File #5-TMU Health and Safety Manual Work shall be performed between December 15th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026. Work must be substantially performed by January 4th, 2026. Work includes but not limited to the following: Roof Slab Shoring (Concrete Ceiling at the Rooms beneath the Lower Podium). Ceiling height is about 18 (Eighteen) Feet. The Rooms are LIB B80, B82, B86, B90, B92, 894, B96, B100C, B106. Contractor is responsible for the design of the Shoring. Submittal (Shop-Drawings) are required before installation. Remove and Reinstall existing Top Concrete Slab (4" Concrete Topping Reinforced with Welded Wiremesh) at areas shown in File No. 1- Approximate Area is 2,000 sqft plus Remove & Reinstall Existing Concrete Stairs & Ramps. Remove and Reinstall new Drainage Board, 2" Rigid Insulation, Plastic Film and 2-Ply Hot-Rubberized Asphaltic Waterproofing Membrane at areas shown in File No. 1.- Approximate area is 2,000 sqft. Through-Slab Concrete Repairs similar to Photograph 17 in File No. 2. Assume a total of 250 sqft at various locations in the Basement Rooms. Bottom Side (Ceiling in the Room) or Surface Slab Concrete Repairs similar to Photograph 17 in File No. 2. Assume a total of 150 sqft at various locations in the Basement Rooms.
