This pre-qualification package includes the following scopes of work: TP-21.1 Masonry - Interior masonry work. Required Bonding capacity $4,000,000.00. TP-21.2 Drywall, Acoustic Ceiling Tiles and Phenolic Panels - Gypsum board assemblies, Acoustic Ceiling Tiles and Phenolic Panels. The required bonding capacity is $12,000,000.00. TP-21.3 Firestopping - Firestopping/Fireproofing of exposed ceiling, structural beams, deck joints. Responsible for all openings. The required bonding capacity is $1,000,000.00. TP-21.33 Interior Painting of Steel Members - Interior painting of steel members, exposed ceilings, mechanical and electrical. The required bonding capacity is $1,000,000.00. TP-21.4 Doors, Frames & Hardware - Interior hollow metal doors and frames, solid core wood doors and hardware.
