Any bidder attempting to deliver after the opening time and date will be refused. The project consists of new sanitary sewer (approximately 1,550 Linear Feet) and force main (approximately 4,100 linear feet) will be installed along Walnut Road from Yellow Creek to Lamm Road. One lift station, three (3) air release valves, and 11 manholes will also be installed as part of the project. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
