The County of Sonoma Public Infrastructure Department is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide On-Call Right-of-Way Consulting Services. Sonoma County Public Infrastructure (SPI) is inviting qualified firms to submit a statement of qualifications (SOQ's) to provide on-call right-of-way (ROW) services. These services will primarily support the work of the Engineering Division for road and bridge projects including bridge replacements, road improvements and realignments, traffic signals, and road repairs such as landslide and fire damage repairs to roads, retaining walls, and guardrails. Consulting firms may also be assigned work on projects in areas such as Land Development, Integrated Waste, Transit, and Sonoma County Airport. LIVING WAGE: The living wage rate required under the County's Living Wage Ordinance (LWO) has increased. Effective January 1, 2024, the living wage rate required under the LWO shall be $18.10 per hour, an increase over the previous $17.65 per hour. The increase was adopted by the County's Board of Supervisors on December 12, 2023, in accordance with Sonoma Municipal Code section 2-377(d). All covered employees must be paid at least the increased living wage rate. The living wage rate required under the County's Living Wage Ordinance (LWO) will increase from $18.10 to $23.15 per hour effective July 1, 2025. The adjustment was adopted by the County's Board of Supervisors on January 14, 2025, in accordance with Sonoma Municipal Code section 2-377(d). All covered employees must be paid at least the increased living wage rate. Proposers will be required to submit any and all questions in writing per the schedule in order for staff to prepare written responses to all consultants. Written answers will be shared with all potential bidders through an addendum on the County's Supplier Portal and email notification. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
