Q & A Close Date Extended changed from 06/24/2025 through June 30, 2025 3:00pm The City of Santa Rosa (CITY) seeks to furnish Load Center equipment (or Unit Substation) at the Laguna Treatment Plant (LTP). The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit qualifications and proposals from parties seeking to provide specified load centers for this project. Through this RFP, the CITY will (1) select a supplier and manufacturer for load centers to be purchased for this project, (2) identify the models of load centers to be purchased at each location and (3) establish a purchase order for these systems. The supplier will coordinate delivery to the installation contractor (TBD), as awarded through a future public works bidding process. Additionally, the selected supplier may be listed as a subcontractor in the subsequent construction award, and may be subject to all terms and contract provisions therein.
