The City of Hemet (City) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consulting firms to provide on-call Architectural Engineering services to assist the Citys staff on an as-needed basis. These services will support a range of City projects, including capital improvement projects (CIP) and Federal and/or State grant-funded projects. Projects may include the design, renovation, or expansion of City-owned facilities such as public safety buildings, fire training facilities, community centers, and park structures. This solicitation is for professional services and does not pertain to any specific project at this time. Selected firms will be engaged on an on-call basis throughout the term of the contract agreement, as project needs arise. The City intends to award agreements to one (1) or more qualified firms. The number of firms selected will be based on the quality and responsiveness of the SOQs received, and the City does not guarantee any minimum number or dollar value of task orders to any firm. The initial term of the professional services agreement will be three (3) years, with an option for the City to extend the agreement for up to two (2) additional one-year periods at the Citys sole discretion.
