Renovation of a parking garage in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The City of Naperville is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors to supply labor, equipment, supplies, and material associated with the Water St. and Central Parking Structures 2025 Maintenance Repairs project. The work generally includes repairs to the slab-on-grade concrete, application of an epoxy broadcast overlay system and other miscellaneous concrete repairs. Bid Bond 10% BIDS BINDING FOR 90 DAYS: Unless otherwise specified in the specifications, all formal bids submitted shall be binding for ninety (90) calendar days following date of opening. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS: A written request for the withdrawal of a bid will be granted if the request is received by the City prior to the specified time of opening. EXECUTION OF A PERFORMANCE BOND AND LABOR AND MATERIALS BOND: When noted in the specifications, the City reserves the right to require the successful bidder to supply a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Bond within ten (10) calendar days of acceptance of the bidder's proposal by the City. The bonds, unless otherwise specified by the Purchasing Manager, shall be 100% of the total contract price. Question Deadline 07/10/2025 at 12:00 PM CT
