The City of Gardner is requesting bids for the purpose of constructing the proposed lift station, force main, and associated appurtenances. The project includes, but is not limited to: Approximately 6,600 feet of sanitary sewer, twenty-two (22) manholes, approximately 1,000 feet of force main, approximately 900 feet of gravel access road, and associated appurtenances. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. Bids may only be withdrawn or corrected pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 75-6902, as amended, et seq. Bids may be modified or withdrawn by written request of the Bidder if such requests are received in the office of the City Clerk, prior to the time and date for Bid opening.
