This Project Includes the Complete Removal of Existing Insulated Epdm Roof Assembly Down to Roof Deck With New Insulated Epdm Roof Assembly Installed. The Project Will Be Bid as a Base Bid With Alternates as Follows: Base Bid, Approx. 2800 S.f.; Alternate 1, Approx. 1200 S.f.; Alternate 2, Approx. 1300 S.f.; Alternate 3, Approx. 185 S.f.a Complete Set of Bid Documents, Consisting of the General Provisions, Special Provisions, Technical Specifications. Technical Questions Shall Be Directed to Brian Manning of Teitsch-kent-fay Architects, P.c., the Project Architects, at 132 Albany Street, Cazenovia, Ny 13035, Telephone Number 315-655-9543.t Bids Shall Be Submitted in a Sealed Envelope Clearly Marked ''Hamilton Public Library Limited Roof Reconstruction Project''. Faxed, Emailed and Late Bids Will Not Be Accepted. The Project is Sales Tax Exempt. New York State Prevailing Wage Rates Shall Apply. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond, in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Maximum Bid Price (Combination of Base Bid and Alternates Bid Plus Add-on Items) in the Form and Subject to the Conditions Provided Under a.i.a. Specifications. The Village of Hamilton Reserves The right to Waive Any Informalities in the Bids and to Reject Any and All Bids.
