Fall Restroom Upgrades Project at Jackson Elementary School The Project consists of: Facility improvements at Jackson ES, and Hamilton ES. Work will consist of ADA-compliant restroom renovations, including necessary plumbing, fire, and mechanical upgrades, along with sourcing and replacing of water fountains. Additional work involves utility disconnection of portable 12'x40' restrooms at both sites and preparation for vendor pick up. Exterior work involves adding light posts, including necessary electrical upgrades at Hamilton ES along with other improvements as outlined in the bidding documents. All bids shall be on the form provided by the District. Each bid must conform and be responsive to all pertinent Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, the Instructions to Bidders.
