Scope of Services: The successful Proposer to the RFP will be engaged to provide daily electrical services maintenance and client needs as required (as further described in the RFP and any addenda that will be issued to this RFP) including, without limitation: Acquire all permits and conform to local and State codes. Design (when appropriate), provide, install, repair, maintain, troubleshoot, hook up, coordinate, test, and perform final inspection/verification on all items required to complete the work associated with the Project. This includes receiving, inspecting, uncrating, and removal/disposal of packing material. Cleanup of all work areas is required as part of this scope, including responsible recycling of construction 401 Chicago Avenue Mailing Address: Minneapolis, MN 55415 1005 4th Street South Minneapolis, MN 55415 debris. Containers provided by ASM Global. All necessary small tools, equipment, and other components to perform the work. Provide testing and commissioning of system(s). Event support may be required as directed by ASM Global and/or requested by the client. Events typically occur on nights and weekends. Proposer must be able to staff events as requested. The maintenance/repair work required for the Project must be coordinated with the event schedule for the venue. Accommodations must be made for guest, staff, and client access.
