North Commons Park Phase 1 Improvements Bp3 - MTLFMG&gypassemb This section specifies materials testing activities and inspection services required during project construction to be provided by a Testing Laboratory, retained by the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board. The Contractor shall review the testing activities noted below as to any exceptions and contractor responsibilities in which the Contractor may be responsible for. 1.0 The Categories are constructed to follow as close as possible the CSI format of the Contract Documents. However, some Categories may contain more than one specification section and/or parts thereof. 2.0 Local custom and trade-union jurisdictional settlements do not control the scope-ofwork included in each Trade Contract. When a potential jurisdictional dispute or similar interruption of construction activities is first identified or threatened, the affected Contracts shall promptly negotiate a reasonable settlement to avoid or minimize the pending interruption and its delays. 3.0 Unless noted otherwise, all labor and material for each specification section is to be included for each Category. 4.0 All Trade Contractors' shall review and include pricing for the Alternates as they relate to the Work, even if not specifically identified in the Category clarifications. Refer to Project Specifications and Drawings for Alternates. 5.0 All Trade Contractors' shall comply with all RJM and Project specific insurance requirements, bonding requirements, general safety requirements, quality assurance requirements and silica safety requirements.
