Construct new pre-engineered heavy timber pavilions with restrooms and storage. Work also includes; concrete slab, wood studs, metal siding, roofing, and trim, and manufactured stone panels, along with associated utilities . It is Required, Where Applicable, That You Show Your Tennessee State Contractor's License Number, Classification. And Expiration Date on the Envelope Containing Your Bid. If You Are a Contractor, and Your Business is Located Outside of Madison County, and Your Bid Amount Exceeds $100,000,00, You Must Have a Madison County Business License Prior to Being Awarded a Bid. If Under $1oo,ooo.oo, It is Required That You Have a Business License Issued by the City or County Where Your Business is Located. Call the Madison County Clerk at 731-423-6022 for Business License Information. That You Obtain and Show Proof of Payment/performance Bond or Bonds in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Sum Before a Purchase Order Can Be Generated. The Right to Accept Any Bids is Reserved as It May Be in the Best Interest of the County to Reject or Accept Any and/or All Bids , to Waive Any Informality in Bids Received , and to Accept or Reject Any Items of Any Bids .
