Renovation of a museum in Mesa, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The Mesa Arts Center (MAC) lighting and controls upgrade project consists of providing programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and potential construction services for the interior lighting and controls system upgrades for the MAC Campus. Lighting systems include and may not be limited to ambient, notification, dimmable and emergency lighting systems to meet applicable codes and industry standards for these facilities. The MAC Lighting Replacement Concept Study dated 8/19/24 will be available at: Architectural/Engineering Design Opportunities - City of Mesa For an outline of key project tasks, refer to the Engineering Submittal Guidelines at the following website: online. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. All qualified firms that are interested in providing these services to the City of Mesa are invited to submit their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). All SOQs must comply with the requirements specified in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Statements of Qualifications.
