The Mesa Arts Center currently utilizes incandescent lighting and does not meet current building codes in some areas. This project will focus on upgrading the existing lighting to new LED lights and bringing the space up to code while maintaining the original aesthetic appeal. The anticipated scope of this project will require: Upgrades to existing lighting fixtures with new LED fixtures; Installation of new LED fixtures; Replacing the existing lighting controls system and equipment; Adding circuits to the underloaded emergency generator to bring it up to an appropriate loading. The estimated construction cost is $4,500,000.
