Completion Date: Oct. 30, 2026 The Project includes the following Work: Furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, and services to complete permanent repairs of Silver Peak Road. The Base Bid work of this Contract comprises the rehabilitation of Silver Peak Road in several areas along a 1.8 mile stretch of the road. Rehabilitation methods include grind/pulverization and asphalt paving of multiple sections totaling approximately 51,507 square-feet. The Base Bid work also includes striping repairs (fog lines and centerlines) traffic control, quality control testing and related incidental work. ADD/ALT work includes full slurry seal along 9,400 LF of road with full striping and rumble strip replacement. The Work is located approximately 9 miles east of Silver Peak, Nevada. The Work lies entirely with the 100-foot wide right of way in Esmeralda County. This project is funded in whole or in part by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and administered by the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT). Bidders must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements, including bonding, insurance, certification, and Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) provisions. The project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act and applicable federal labor standards. Nevada State Prevailing Wage Rates shall be those established by the Nevada Labor Commissioner and adopted by the U.S. Department of Labor, including all modifications in effect at the time of bid advertisement.
