The contractor shall provide all labor, project management, materials, tools, supplies, and equipment as required by the drawings and specifications to complete the work necessary for project #693-22-700 EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades - Wilkes-Barre VAMC. VAAR Magnitude of ion: 20,000,000 to 50,000,000. of a technical nature must be submitted by prospective offerors via e-mail to: Benjamin.Niznikva.gov and Samantha.Mihailava.gov.
