**As of August 21, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project consists of the installation of approximately 5,806 LF of 12 PVC waterline and all necessary appurtenances. This project is being funded through the Texas Water Development Board, so the TWDB's DBE requirements apply to the selection of all sub-contractors. The Contractor to whom the contract is awarded will be required to submit forms TWDB-0216, TWDB-0217 and TWDB-0373, which are included in the contract documents, and to use at least two methods of solicitation as described on form TWDB-0216 to hire subcontractors. Please see the Guidance Document Disadvantaged Business Enterprises for State Revolving Fund Projects, TWDB-0210, which is also included in the contract documents, for more information.
