Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Sealed bids will be for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for construction of the following being improvements for the City of Tyler, Texas: City of Tyler Bid Number: 25-009 Project Name: VES Sewer Line Project The project includes: All materials and equipment required to complete the replacement of the sewer line servicing the existing City of Tyler Vehicle Services Center. Demolition of existing concrete pavement and building slab is required for trench excavations needed to access existing sewer lines.
