Site work for a civil project in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Furnishing all labor, tools, materials and equipment required to construct a, SANITARY SEWER LIFT STATION & FORCE MAIN SYSTEM - SECTION I for Sanitary and Improvement District 638, Douglas County, Nebraska, as per the plans and specifications for said work, at the locations shown on the detailed drawings and in the specifications now on file with the Clerk of said District and available at the office of SEH Engineers Question Deadline 07/08/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The proposed development is located southwest of the future intersection of North 192nd Street and Ida Street in Douglas County, Nebraska. It is generally bound to the north by Ida Street, to the east by agricultural fields, to the south by Elkhorn Elementary #14 and agricultural fields, and to the west by agricultural fields. Topography of the site generally slopes down to the northeast toward an existing drainageway that spans southwest to northeast near the middle of the site. Most of the site was surfaced with corn stubble at the time of our exploration. The work consists essentially of the following estimated quantities: 1. Construct Temporary Lift Station with Force Main 1.00 LS All proposals must be submitted on bid forms furnished by SEH Engineers, and must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in the amount not less than $10,000.00 made payable to the Treasurer of Sanitary and Improvement District 638 as security that the bidder to whom the contract may be awarded will enter into a contract to build the improvements in accordance with this Notice to Contractor and will give a contract and maintenance bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract price, all as provided in the specifications. Bid bonds must be executed by a duly licensed corporate surety. Checks accompanying proposals not accepted shall be returned to the bidders. No bidder may withdraw his proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after date set for opening of bids. All proposals must be enclosed in an envelope, sealed and addressed to the "Clerk of Sanitary and Improvement District 638" and shall be marked "PROPOSAL FOR SANITARY SEWER LIFT STATION & FORCE MAIN SYSTEM - SECTION I" with the bidder's name and address on said envelope The Bid Security shall be in a separate sealed envelope attached to the Proposal envelope and shall be marked "BID SECURITY" with the project identified thereon. Proposals received after the above time shall be returned unopened to the bidder submitting the proposal. Sanitary and Improvement District 638 of Douglas County, Nebraska, reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive informalities and irregularities.
