Abatement of all hazardous materials contained in the building and defined in the Owner's Hazardous Materials Survey. 2. Demolition and removal of existing building. Demolition and removal of all site paving, stoops, and other improvements. 3. Disconnect and cap all utilities at source. Patch and repair street, paving, and lawns as req. 4. Restore all fill, grading, and lawn as indicated on the drawings. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner. Each bid must be accompanied by an acceptable form of Bid Guarantee in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total construction bid. Refer to HUD - 5369, Section 9 contained within the Bidding Documents. Attention is called to the fact that no less than the minimum salaries and wages set forth in the Bidding Documents must be paid on this project.
