Bidders may contact the Department of Labor & Industries, Apprenticeship Programs The goal of this project is to construct 4-wire fence to a uniform construction using steel tee posts and steel braces in and along the boundaries of the Bridgeport Unit of the Sagebrush Flats Wildlife Area, located in Douglas County, South of Bridgeport, Washington. This fence project consists of removing 6.82 miles of existing fencing and constructing approximately 9.18 miles of four-strand, smooth and barbed-wire fence. Signs will be provided by Owner; see section 01011 Owner Furnished Items. Some brushing may be required as part of this work. Brushing shall be done on WDFW property only. The new fence includes all gates, stretch braces and end braces and shall be constructed completely on WDFW property. Substantial Completion shall be achieved by December 4, 2025.
