Furnish all labor, equipment, and transportation necessary to remove and transport, approximately one hundred (100) cubic yards of river debris from the intake (trash racks) at Union Village Dam. Material will be dumped onsite in an area designated by Technical Point of Contact (TPOC). All work shall be performed in accordance with the following Performance Work Statement. Location - a. Union Village Dam is located at 2 Main St, East Thetford, VT 05043. b. Dam Intake - The river debris is in the water and wedged in the metal grates. The intake area is a gravel road. 1. Technical Points of Contact shall not provide responses to interested vendors. The period of performance will be from contract award through September 30, 2025. The Contractor will coordinate with the Government for the estimated start date and will provide a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the start of field work. Work shall be performed Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM unless otherwise approved by the TPOC. No work shall be done on weekends or Government holidays. The Pre-work Conference shall be completed with fourteen (14) days of contract award.
