Renovation of a municipal facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City invites Tenders for the supply, delivery and installation of a new fire panel, smoke alarms and associated equipment for all residential suites and common areas at 3484 Kingsway. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to the installation of: Material and installation for fire alarm systems; New control panel to carry out the fire alarm and protection functions; Trouble signal devices; Power supply facilities; Manual alarm stations; Automatic alarm initiating devices; Audible signal devices; End of line devices; Annunciators; Visual alarm signal devices; Ancillary devices; and In-suite combination smoke and carbon monoxide alarms; The Work also includes, but is not limited to: Removal and disposal of all existing electrical equipment and material made redundant by this work or in conflict with the Work to be carried out; Project Close-out; Commissioning; and Four month and nine month warranty inspection.
