Renovation of a retail development in Vancouver, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a retail development.

Stats Can Relocation. TIMELINE: Request for Quote is underway to provide consulting services for the project. Statistics Canada (StatsCan) has communicated via a Client Accommodation Requirement Questionnaire (CARQ) their need to accommodate 150 FTEs in Vancouver for the 2026 Census program. StatsCan’s requirement for the temporary regional centre is for a term of one (1) year with the possibility to extend for another six (6) months with an in-service date of October 1, 2025. The electrical, data and fit up of the LAN room to minimum code is required for this move.
