The City of Cooper City ("City") requests submittals for Sign Posts and Caps, in conformity with the requirements contained herein. Cooper City is seeking a firm to provide various types of signposts, caps, and miscellaneous hardware. All good(s) and/or service(s) not identified which are regularly required to complete this type of work will be furnished and be apart of the pricing submitted by each Bidder. Bids shall conform in quality, workmanship and service to that usually provided by the best practices as specified in this invitation for bid (IFB).3 The City of Cooper City is a metropolitan municipality serving more than 34,000 residents and encompassing an area of 8 square miles. TERM OF CONTRACT This Contract shall commence on the first calendar day of the month succeeding approval of the Contract by the City Commission, or designee, unless otherwise stipulated in the Purchase Order issued by the City. The Contract shall expire on the last day of the thirty-six (36) month term. The City reserves the right to exercise the option to renew the resultant agreement for three (3), additional, one (1) year terms, subject to the written consent and agreement of both parties. The City reserves the right to extend this contract for up to one hundred-eighty (180) calendar days beyond the current contract period and will notify the Contractor in writing of the extension. This Contract may be extended beyond the initial one hundred-eighty (180) day extension period upon mutual agreement between the City and the Awarded Bidder upon approval by the City Commission or designee.
