Re-advertising for Elevator Trade Contractor Prequalification. Construct a new, approximately 24,000 SF Fire Station, and associated site work. Project consists of 3 apparatus bays, 1 maintenance bay, administration area, fitness area, and sleeping quarters. Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications Forms from interested trade subcontractors are sought for the following categories of work: Elevators (ECC $240,000) Only prequalified General and Trade firms will be permitted to submit bids for the category of work in which they were prequalified. All questions regarding this RFQ should be submitted by 12:00PM local time on June 4, 2025 Questions should be submitted by email to Bryan Fors at BFors@vertexeng.com, and Glenn Gollard at ggolard@doreandwhittier.com . Do not submit questions by phone. All responses will be posted via Projectdog.com by 5:00PM local time on June 6, 2025
