Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This contract involves the construction of concrete sidewalks and temporary asphalt sidewalks at various locations throughout the City. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, excavation, granular base placement and compaction, concrete sidewalk installation, concrete curb and gutter installation, catch basin installation, adjustments to maintenance hole and catch basin tops, water valve adjustments, asphalt driveway removal and paving, asphalt grinding and overlay, grading, topsoil placement, sodding, and all associated appurtenances and restoration work.
