As of August 8,2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Renovation of DeClouet Hall Main Campus RFI/Subst. Request Deadline: 07/17/2025 8:30 PM Addenda Deadline: 07/25/2025 12:30 AM All bids shall be accompanied by bid security in an amount of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The form of this security shall be as stated in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents for this project. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond written as described in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents for this project.
