Renovation of a municipal facility in West Liberty, Kentucky. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Requests for Information: Amanda Greer, Division of Engineering & Contract Administration Phone: (502) 330-8159 Email: Amanda.Greer@ky.gov The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Finance & Administration Cabinet, Division of Engineering & Contract Administration (DECA) is seeking professional design services for the Department of Corrections (DOC) Eastern Kentucky Correctional Complex (EKCC) for enhanced Commissioning consisting of Design Document review and Specifications for bidding documents, as well as Functional testing of building envelope and all systems and equipment. The project is currently in Phase B of design and the commissioning agent will be required to quickly assess and analyze the current design documents. The Commissioning Authority's proposed Project Manager should have a minimum, of five years demonstrated commissioning experience on projects of comparable size and complexity. The Commissioning Authority team shall demonstrate their experience in commissioning comparable projects. It is preferred that the Commissioning Authority team includes at least one member certified or accredited by AABC Commissioning Group (ACG) or Building Commissioning Association (BCA).
