The regulations require site-specific standard operating procedures that are intended to prevent inadvertent releases and to instruct on-site and maintenance personnel on how to maintain ongoing compliance with applicable regulations. Standard operating procedures must be created for sites where halocarbon-containing equipment with a nominal cooling capacity of more than 10KG of halocarbon is located. The consultant will have to follow the detailed document of the scope of work (M5FR - Standard Operating Procedures _CT (see annex D7) to create the SOP attached to this document. 1- Provide a brief clarification on the systems (tons) and equipment installed (DX; Roof Top; coolers; pumps; cooling towers; boilers; primary loop; secondary; etc.). GOC3534221- Standard Operating Procedure on the operation of boilers-pressure vessels Objectives: The document defines the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to follow the new regulation on equipment called boiler and pressure vessels. The purpose of this project is therefore the development of SOPs according to section 7.4. Part B to article 7.4.2 of the PSPC Directive on the operation of boilers and pressure vessels updated on 2019-04-01. The objectives of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual are intended to serve as a guide for operators and to the building systems technicians and their supervisors in carrying out the various tasks required in order to optimize the effectiveness of the interventions; optimize the total maintenance schedule; minimize equipment downtime and of course minimize any risk of serious injuries that could occur to operators and fixed machinery mechanics.
