The work includes renovation of the existing RCSD1 TV STUDIO, located within the existing RCSD1 Administration Building at 1225 Oak Street, Columbia SC 29204 The renovation will include demolition of existing wall surfaces, demolition and removal of some items within the current space as shown on the demolition drawings; preparing and installing new acoustical wall covering over existing wood framed wall treatment. Painting of all spaces including dry fall of the existing acoustical ceiling system and pipe grid system; and other finishes as noted. Scope of work also includes, purchase and installation of new TV Sets as shown on the drawings A302. Completion of the work to be completed by December 15, 2025. Addendum #1 has been issued as of 7-17-2025.
