As of August 15, 2025, project was awarded to All Star Concrete LLC, awarded amount is $1,788,394.50. The E Gateway Drive and E 1st Street project includes intersection improvements to provide additional roadway capacity through the intersection. The project includes the addition of a northbound right turn lane, a southbound left turn lane to provide dual lefts, and addition storage length of an eastbound left turn lane. The project also includes new traffic signals, earthwork, storm sewer, sidewalk, retaining walls, signing, pavement marking, traffic control, erosion control, and final surface restoration. The project also consists of installing an eastbound left turn at the intersection of SE 11 Street and IA 141. UST-044-6(021)--4A-77
