A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as VDOT) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, fuel, water, transportation of personnel and equipment, debris disposal and any other incidentals necessary to furnish and install a missing concrete wall inside the drop inlet across from 7806 Hampton Park Boulevard in Chesterfield County within VDOT s Richmond District. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Cheryl Lewis at Cheryl.Lewis@VDOT.Virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM EDT on June 26, 2025. This solicitation is set-aside for award priority to DSBSD-certified micro businesses or small businesses when designated as "Micro Business Set-Aside Award Priority" or "Small Business Set-Aside Award Priority" accordingly in the solicitation. DSBSD-certified micro businesses or small businesses also includes DSBSD-certified women-owned and minority-owned businesses when they have received the DSBSD small business certification.
