Solar Power Purchase Agreement Services Inquiries: Questions which may arise as a result of this solicitation may be addressed to Mel Henley, Procurement Manager, at (804) 706-2118, or by email to procurement@chesterfield.gov. Inquiries must be received no later than June 26, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. in order to be considered. The purpose of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to establish contract(s) with one or multiple vendors to provide Solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) services for Chesterfield County and Chesterfield County Public Schools. The successful offeror(s) should provide a turn-key Solar PV-project(s) to include all financing, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide comprehensive design, installation, interconnection, commissioning, operation, maintenance, repair and replacement, and decommissioning of a solar PV system via a Solar PPA and a lease (generally, a "Lease Agreement") in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal codes, the VEPGA Agreement, and Dominion's and the SCC's regulations and requirements.
