The City of San Antonio is accepting proposals from qualified contractors to award a paving construction and maintenance contract for Palm Ridge Drive, including curb and gutter, roadside underdrain systems, driveway construction, and other necessary work as detailed in the Engineer Specifications. 1. Description of bid services: The Municipality is seeking to award a construction and maintenance contract for Palm Ridge Drive. The scope of services will include underdrain installation/construction as detailed in the Engineer's Specifications attached hereto as Exhibit "H". A single construction phase is required. 2. There shall be a set price for all construction activities. 3. All materials to be used shall meet the specified ASTM, AWWA, FAC and Florida Building code established standards and requirements, or other standards provided in the Engineer's Specifications. 4. All construction shall conform to the City's/Engineer's Specifications. 5. Contractor shall be responsible for any required OSHA requirements. 6. The contractor agrees that a work day shall consist of the 8AM to 5PM time frame on the Official Bid form. 7. Contractor shall be licensed in the State of Florida. 8.
