Said Cost represents the Cost of Printing, reproduction, Handling, and Distribution, Therefore No Refund will Be Granted. Partial Sets Of bidding Documents Will Not Be available From the Gmc. Neither owner Nor Engineer Will Be Responsible for Full or Partial Sets of Bidding Documents, Including Addenda if Any, Obtained from Sources Other Than The gmc. Bid Security Shall Be Furnished in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner Reserves the Right To waive Any Informalities, or to Reject Any or All Bids, and to Award the Contract to the Best And most Responsible Bidder.
