Additional information can be found at online The "Farnsworth Business Park" consists of constructing a public roadway for future commercial development, 1000 feet west of the intersection of Waterville Neapolis Road and Waterville Monclova Road in the City of Waterville, Lucas County, Ohio. This project includes the construction of asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, storm sewer, sanitary and waterline extension. Yes, 2/3rds of the excavated material (approx. 30,000 yds) will need to be hauled off site to Port Authority property at 2750 Eber Road and the contractor will need to provide a dozer and operator for trucking and material management. The site is outside the Toledo Express Airport fence line so no additional security requirements will be needed. The remaining 1/3 rd of material is anticipated to be kept in two separate piles, one of excavated material and one of topsoil to be reused on this project and future projects on site. The DBE/MBE/WBE goal for the project is 15%.
