Eastern Kentucky University is seeking bids for site preparation work for the new Model Lab School. This invitation is for site preparation of the land for Model Lab School as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond, KY Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to complete the project outlined in the event and attachments including all items indicated throughout the event. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Question and Answer Cutoff: 7/15/2025 at 12:00PM EST Substantial Date for Completion: Ninety Five (95) calendar days after the start date and issuance of the Written Purchase Order Final Date for Completion: One-Hundred and Twenty Five (125) calendar days after the start date and issuance of the Written Purchase Order. Liquidated Damages: - $200 per day until Substantial Completion - $100 per day until Final Completion Bid bonds and performance bonds are required unless otherwise stated
