2025 Main Street Biofilter Railing Project. Fabrication of a Safety Rail . Contractors and approved subcontractors will be provided a Sales Tax Exemption Certification in accordance with Section 423.3 and 423.45 of the Iowa Code to purchase building materials, supplies, or equipment in the performance of construction contracts let by the City.
