Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cream, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The pavement needs treatment to extend its service life. Perpetuation project to resurface approximately 9.28 miles of STH 65 from STH 35 to IH 94 in St. Croix County. Resurface the pavement with a 4" mill and 4" overlay of HMA. Additional work includes gravel shouldering, replacing all beam guard, culvert cleaning, culvert endwall replacement, culvert replacement, culvert lining, removing/abandoning cattle pass, ditch cleaning, roadside clearing, and pavement marking. Construct under traffic utilizing single-lane flagging operations.
