Site work, paving and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Adams, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Bid Package No. 1 Scope of Work Brief: o ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING: Construct Ballistic rated "Safe Walls" in the First Floor Corridor. o ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING: Provide new Counters with Ballistic rated Glazing at each First Floor County Department Office. o ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING: Provide new Interior Finished for the Ground and First Floor Corridors. o ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING: Convert two existing toilet rooms on the Ground Floor to ADA Compliance. o ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING: Remove exterior double door and infill with insulated wall with Brick Veneer. o ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING: Alternates to upgrade the interior finishes for each County Department Office on the Ground and First Floors. o JUDICIAL BUILDING: Create a new Conference Room and Breakroom in the adjacent Judicial Building. o ADMINISTRATION SITE ENTRY: o New ADA Compliant Concrete Ramp. o Concrete Stairs. o New Parking Stalls for ADA and Charging Stations. o New Masonry Retaining Wall with Railing. o Surface Signage on Retaining Wall o New Landscaping and Sodding. Bid Package No. 2 Scope of Work Brief: o Bid Package No. 2 will be bid early fall of 2025. o Continuation of the New Entry Site Work, o A new parking lot along the east side of Adams Street between 3rd and 4th Streets. o New Storm Sewer from New Parking Lot extends to Main Steet along 4th Street. o New Sidewalks. o New Landscaping and Site Lighting. o An Alternate to repave of the existing parking lot on the corner of Adams and 3rd Street. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. BIDDER is required to deliver the original bid bond within the 72 hours of bid opening to MSA Professional Services, Inc., Attn:, 1230 South Boulevard, Baraboo, WI 53913. The bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the bid bond shall be forfeited to the OWNER as liquidated damages. Performance and Payment Bonds for the full contract amount shall be required from the successful Bidder. Prequalification of bidders will not be required. Bidders to whom award of a Contract is under consideration shall submit to Architect, upon request, a properly executed AIA Document A305 Contractor's Qualifications Statement. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept any proposal which they deem most favorable to the interests of the Owner.
