The Adams County Fire District (ACFD), in the City of Adam, WI is accepting sealed bids for the construction of a concrete pad for our Training Facility Burn Tower. The worksite will be located adjacent to the ACFD Station 1 at 399 E Ann St. Adams, WI53910. The Adams County Fire District reserves the right to accept or reject any & all bids or accept the bid most advantageous to the Fire District and waive all formalities. The work will happen in the month of May 2025 and be completed no later than May 30- 2025. - The contractor is responsible for holding all tolerances and specifications provided in the engineered drawings. - The contractor is responsible for adhering to all applicable local building codes. - The contractor will provide proof of insurance before the start of the project. - The contractor will be responsible for any site preparation necessary to set up the forms for the concrete pour. - The contractor will provide any additional fill needed for preparation of the concrete pour. - The contractor will provide all the tools necessary in preparation for the concrete pour. -The contractor will provide all the labor for the preparation of the concrete pour. - The contractor will provide all tools needed to pore and finish the concrete. - The contractor is responsible for removing all concrete forms from the concrete. - The contractor is responsible for disposing of any trash and or debris generated during this project.
